All new accounts begin with a 3-day free trial that requires no credit card. During the trial, you have full access to the platform.

2. Cancellation Policy

Premium Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your Premium Monthly subscription at any time from your Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have full access until that date. We do not provide partial-month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

Annual Plan

The Annual Plan is a one-time payment of $99.99 with no recurring charges. Once purchased, you have full access for 365 days. Given the digital nature of the content and immediate access, Annual Plan purchases are generally non-refundable.

Institutional Plans

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following situations:

4. Free Trial
